My order ended up taking longer to process than I thought it would. Not sure what the holdup was, but it just felt like it took a bit longer than expected.

They had a part I could not find anywhere else, so I was glad about that. The shipping did feel slow though, and I did not get many updates along the way. Overall, it was not a bad experience, but it was not amazing either.

It showed up exactly as described, which shouldn’t feel like such a big win, but here we are. I’m annoyed that so many sellers can’t seem to get basic details right, so I’ll give credit where it’s due: this one matched the listing

I know it sounds like a small thing, but I really appreciated that when the site said the item was in stock, it actually was. I’ve had plenty of experiences where I place an order, get charged, and then a day or two later there’s some annoying email saying it was canceled or suddenly on backorder. None of that happened here. The order went through like it was supposed to, and everything was straightforward. that alone made me happy with the experience.

"I ordered from them once, I think sometime…"
I ordered from them once, I think sometime around late spring or maybe early summer, and the item did eventually show up. The only thing was the updates were kind of unclear, and replies felt a bit slow, so I wasn’t totally sure what was going on for a while. Nothing awful happened, it just didn’t give me a ton of confidence. I might use them again, but probably only for something I don’t need in any hurry

"Refund took a bit, but it worked out"
I had to cancel an order and request a refund. It wasn’t immediate and I did have to send one follow-up email, so I was expecting clearer instructions on what to do and how long it would take. That said, they did sort it out after a few days and the money came back without any issues. Not a perfect experience, but fair enough overall. I’d still use them again.

I got a few different answers, which made me a bit uneasy. When I’m trying to make a decision, especially if there’s any risk involved, I really need clear and consistent guidance. This wasn’t very helpful for me.

I ordered from armsunlimited and, umm, the package did end up arriving, so that part was fine. It just took longer than I expected, and the tracking barely updated for a few days, which was kind of frustrating. Everything was in the box and nothing was missing, but the wait was definitely annoying. Overall, not a terrible experience, but not amazing either. I might order again if I’m not in a hurry.

"Got it sorted eventually"
I had an issue with my order and it took a few emails back and forth to get everything sorted out. Support did fix it in the end, which I appreciated, but it was definitely slower than I was hoping for. Overall, not a bad experience, just think it could’ve been handled a bit quicker.

I needed to cancel my order, it was way easier than I expected. I’ve had situations before where canceling something turns into a whole back-and-forth, so I was kind of prepared for it to be annoying, but that didn’t happen at all. They canceled it really fast, and there wasn’t any hassle or extra steps that made the process confusing. It was just handled quickly, which I appreciated

"Packaging Was Ridiculously Good"
My order showed up really well packed, with no dents or anything rattling around loose inside. the packaging was kind of ridiculous in the best way. I’m happy with how carefully they shipped it.

My order ended up being on backorder, which I get happens, but the updates were slow. I kept checking my email here and there, wondering if I missed something or if it was still even coming. It did eventually arrive, so that part was fine, but I just wish they had communicated a bit better along the way.

I did end up finding what I was looking for, so I guess that’s a plus. The menus felt a bit all over the place, and checkout took more clicks than I expected, which was kind of annoying. Still, it worked in the end, so I can’t really complain too much

I found a few prices that looked good, and I did end up grabbing a deal I was happy with. But it’s not even about the price by itself, once you add shipping and factor in the wait, the value feels a lot more average. The site was easy enough to use and everything went fine, but nothing really jumped out at me. I’d probably check them again, just not before comparing a few other places first.

Ordering itself was okay, but the communication made it more stressful than it needed to be. The emails didn’t really explain what was happening, so I was kind of left guessing what the next steps were. It wasn’t the worst experience or anything, but yeah, a little more clarity would’ve helped a lot

"Order arrived, but tracking left me unsure"
My order did end up showing up, so I guess it wasn’t a huge problem in the end. But the tracking was confusing and didn’t update for a few days, which had me wondering if I was overthinking it or if it hadn’t even shipped yet. Customer service did reply, just not as quickly as I would’ve liked. Overall, it was fine, but I definitely wish the shipping updates were clearer.

I had a question about my order and sent them a message, not expecting much or a quick reply. But they got back to me fast and actually answered what I asked, not some generic copy/paste response. I don’t know, that kind of thing just makes a big difference. It was easy, no hassle, no weird back and forth. Good customer service matters a lot to me, and Arms Unlimited left me feeling good about the whole thing.
